Steve opened Adrenaline in May of 1997 with help from Sonia, and both of them are still on the floor. Steve tattooed his first piece in 1990 on a homemade machine, bought the best equipment he could get in ’91, quit his day job and never looked back. Sonia has been in the trade since 1993, apprenticed under Steve, and has been at Adrenaline since the day it opened.
Momo, the newest artist in the shop, took up tattooing to follow in her dad’s footsteps and brings a fine-line, illustrative style of her own. Between the three of them the shop covers freehand Japanese, realism, traditional, watercolor, black and grey, tribal, cover-ups and fine line. You must be 18 with a valid photo ID to get a tattoo or piercing.
